At Millet Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. Also we If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery if:
They are damaged or defective.
The wrong product has been delivered.
To request a return, contact us at info@dnatural.in. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (Unboxing Video without cut / edit).
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable food items once opened.
Products purchased under clearance or special offers (unless defective/damaged).
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, or wallet).
Replacements
If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund for eligible returns.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
